1. How do I reach the campsite?
You can reach the campsite by reserving a car from NJP, which will cost you around 4300 rupees for a Tata SUV or similar, or you can take share cars from Darjeeling More. The route will be Darjeeling More, Ghum, Sukhiya Pokhri, Manebhanjan, - Gurdum. Share cars for Rimbik will drop you directly to Gurdum.
2. What are the staying option available at the campsite?
Homestays, tents, and cabins are available at Gurdum.
3. What will we get at this price?
Accommodation, Food is included in the package, but you can order chicken barbecue and other foods at the campsite depending upon availability.
4. Facilities available at the campsite?
Running water and western toilets. Car pickup and drop-off and guide facilities on request are available at the campsite.
5. Safety at your campsite?
As local people run our camps, we can assume they are the best people to provide safety.
6. Alcohol consumption?
Gurdum is an adventurous campsite, providing experiences very close to nature. As alcohol consumption is injurious to health, we strongly discourage the drinking of alcohol in the campsite.
7. What are the nearby places we can visit during our stay?
As every part of the Himalaya is worth taking a photo of, we can still name a few, like Chitrey, Sandakphu, Tonglu, Tumling, and Darjeeling, which are very nearby to Gurdum.
