Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Narkanda Resort is a scenic part of the trip, with winding mountain roads and sweeping valley views. From Chandigarh Airport (approx. 170 km): - **Private taxi:** The most convenient and time-efficient option. You can hire a taxi directly from the airport and enjoy a 5–6 hour drive through Shimla and further up into the hills, getting dropped right at the resort entrance thanks to direct car access. - **Shared jeep:** More budget-friendly and sociable. Shared jeeps to Shimla or Narkanda are often available from city stands in Chandigarh; from there, a short ride takes you up to the resort. - **Bus:** Take a bus from Chandigarh towards Shimla and onward to Narkanda. From the Narkanda stop, hire a local taxi or shared jeep for the final stretch. From Kalka Railway Station (approx. 143 km): - **Taxi or shared jeep:** Step out of the station and hire a taxi or shared jeep heading towards Shimla and then Narkanda. The journey typically takes around 5 hours, delivering you up to the property gates. - **By bus:** Regular buses run from Kalka or via Shimla towards Narkanda. Once you reach Narkanda, local transport—jeeps or taxis—can bring you directly to the resort. From Narkanda Bus Stand: - The resort is easily accessible by local taxi or shared jeep from the bus stand. The final approach is straightforward, with direct car access right up to the property, making it comfortable even with luggage or for families and senior travelers. Helipad Access: - For guests arriving by chartered helicopter, the presence of a nearby helipad offers an exclusive entry point. From the helipad, it’s a short transfer by car or jeep to reach the resort. Whichever way you choose to travel, the last leg of the journey unfolds through forests and mountain vistas, setting the tone for a peaceful hill-station stay.
