Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Taki Resort is straightforward from both Kolkata city and the surrounding districts. By Air: From Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport (about 70 km away), you can hire a private taxi directly to the resort. The drive takes around 2–2.5 hours depending on traffic and follows the Kolkata–Barasat–Taki route. Pre-booked cabs are recommended for a smoother transfer, especially if you are arriving late in the evening. By Train: The nearest railhead is Taki Road railway station, roughly 3.3 km from the property. Local trains from Sealdah and other suburban stations connect to Taki Road at regular intervals. From the station, you can hop into a shared jeep, local rickshaw, or hire a private taxi to reach the resort in about 10–15 minutes. By Road: Taki is well-connected by road with a scenic countryside drive from Kolkata. Regular buses and shared jeeps run from Barasat and nearby towns towards Taki. If you are driving your own car, follow the Barasat–Basirhat–Taki route and use the detailed address on your navigation app to reach Mansingha Road. On arrival, secure parking is available at the resort. Local Transfers: For exploring nearby attractions like Taki Rajbari ghat or the Eco Tourism Park, you can use auto-rickshaws, cycle-vans, or arrange a private car through local operators. Shared jeeps are also a budget-friendly way to move between the town center and the riverfront.
