Reschedule

Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.

For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.

How to reach

New Jalpaiguri station is the nearest railway station to reach Pelling. From NJP, proceed to Siliguri. From Siliguri, you can find shared taxis or buses heading towards Pelling. Or you can reach Jorethang from Darjeeling, then to Legship, then to Geyzing by sharing cars then reserve a car to the Stay. Alternatively, you can reach Bagdogra Airport. Hire a private cab from Bagdogra to Pelling. Or reach Siliguri from Bagdogra and board a shared taxi to Pelling.
