Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Kausani Retreat is a scenic journey through the Kumaon hills. The nearest railhead is Kathgodam Railway Station, about 140 km away. From Kathgodam, you can hire a private taxi for a comfortable, door-to-door ride to the property, or opt for shared jeeps that run towards Kausani via Almora. State-run and private buses also operate frequently from Kathgodam and Haldwani to Kausani; once you reach Kausani’s main market, the retreat is around 1.3 km away on the Baijnath Road. For air travelers, Pantnagar Airport lies roughly 174 km from Kausani. From the airport, pre-book a taxi directly to the retreat, or first travel to Haldwani/Kathgodam by cab and then continue by bus, shared jeep, or private car. As you approach Kausani, follow the Baijnath Road out of the main market area; the property is located conveniently along this route, making it easy to find and well-connected yet pleasantly away from the bustle.
