Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Kolaghat Resort is straightforward from all major nearby hubs. From Kolaghat Railway Station (≈4.6 km) - By private taxi: Step out of the station and hire a local taxi for a quick 10–15 minute ride to Nowpala, Pal Para, Bagnan, Kolaghat. This is the most convenient option if you have luggage or are arriving with family. - By shared jeep: Shared jeeps frequently ply the main Kolaghat routes. Ask for a jeep heading towards Bagnan/Kolaghat riverside area and request a drop near Nowpala, Pal Para, then walk or take a short local ride to the resort. - By bus: Local buses run from near the station towards Kolaghat Bus Stand and adjoining areas. From your nearest stop, a brief rickshaw or taxi ride will get you to the property. From Kolaghat Bus Stand (≈4.1 km) - By taxi or auto: Hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw for a direct transfer; the drive is usually under 15 minutes depending on traffic. - By shared jeep: Shared jeeps on the Kolaghat–Bagnan route are a budget-friendly and frequent option. Get off at the closest stop to Nowpala, Pal Para. From Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata (≈73.5 km) - By private taxi: The most comfortable choice is to book an airport taxi or app cab directly to Kolaghat Resort. The journey typically takes 2.5–3 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. - By bus + train: From the airport, travel to Howrah or Santragachi by taxi or app cab. Board a suburban or express train towards Kolaghat Railway Station, then continue the final stretch by taxi, bus, or shared jeep. - By intercity bus: Alternatively, reach Esplanade or a major Kolkata bus terminus from the airport, then board a bus bound for Kolaghat. From Kolaghat Bus Stand, hire a local taxi or shared jeep. Driving to the Resort If you are arriving in your own vehicle, follow the highway routes towards Kolaghat and then local signboards or maps for Nowpala, Pal Para, PS, Bagnan. On-site parking is available, making this a convenient stop for road trips through West Bengal.
