Cancellations cannot be processed via phone or email & all calculations are made on the total invoice or receipt amount.

Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
The fastest and most convenient way to reach Leh is by air. From the airport, you can reserve a car to reach the property. You can also reach by road via Manali-Leh Highway and Srinagar-Leh Highway. The HPTDC and JKSRTC operate buses to Leh from Manali and Srinagar, respectively. You can also reach the property by reserving a car from Manali or Srinagar to Leh.
