Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Losar Homestay is an adventure through the dramatic landscapes of Spiti Valley. From Bhuntar Airport (approx. 175 km) - By Private Taxi: The most convenient option, especially if you’re carrying luggage or traveling with family. Taxis can be hired directly from the airport or pre-booked via local operators. The route usually goes via Kullu – Manali – Rohtang/Atal Tunnel – Batal – Kunzum Pass – Losar, offering spectacular mountain scenery. - By Shared Jeep: During the main season, shared jeeps may be available from Manali towards Kaza/Losar. Board a local bus or taxi from Bhuntar to Manali, then transfer to a shared jeep heading towards Spiti. From Kalka Railway Station (approx. 367 km) - By Road via Shimla & Kinnaur: Take a taxi or bus to Shimla first, then continue towards Reckong Peo – Nako – Tabo – Kaza – Losar. Taxis offer flexibility for photo stops and breaks, while state-run and private buses are more economical. - Combination of Train + Bus/Jeep: Many travelers reach Shimla or Reckong Peo by connecting buses, then switch to a Kaza-bound bus or shared jeep, finally continuing on to Losar by shared jeep or taxi. From Kaza Bus Stand (approx. 58.2 km) - By Local Bus: In season, there are buses running between Kaza and villages like Losar. Confirm timings a day in advance at Kaza Bus Stand, as schedules can change with weather and road conditions. - By Shared Jeep: A popular choice with backpackers. Shared jeeps depart from near the bus stand in Kaza and are faster and more flexible than buses. - By Private Taxi: Ideal if you prefer comfort, are short on time, or traveling with kids. The drive from Kaza to Losar is scenic, following the Spiti River and opening up to wide valley views. Local Directions in Losar Once in Losar village, head towards School Road near the Primary Health Centre in the Dhar Dindi area. The homestay is easily reachable by car, and on-site parking makes arrival simple even after a long mountain journey. Travel Tips - Roads are high-altitude and can be rough; start early in the day. - Check weather and pass conditions (especially Kunzum Pass and routes from Manali) before you travel. - Carry some snacks and water, as food options between major towns can be sparse.
