Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Shimla Retreat is straightforward and scenic. From Chandigarh Railway Station (about 104 km away), you can hire a private taxi directly to the property, which usually takes around 3.5–4 hours via the winding Shimla–Kangra Road. This is the most comfortable option if you’re traveling with family, carrying luggage, or arriving late in the day. From Chandigarh Bus Stand (approximately 110 km), regular Volvo and Himachal Road Transport buses run towards Shimla. Once you reach Shimla bus stand, local shared jeeps and private taxis are available to take you to the Chakkar area near the Printing Press on Shimla–Kangra Road, where the property is located. If you’re flying into Chandigarh Airport (about 125 km away), you can pre-book a private taxi or travel into Chandigarh city first and then continue to Shimla by bus or shared jeep. The drive from the airport to Shimla Retreat offers classic Himalayan views, pine-covered hills, and cool mountain air, making the journey an enjoyable part of your holiday.
