Take a shared jeep from NJP/Siliguri/Bagdogra to Jorethang, (Buses to Jorethang are available from the Siliguri bus stand). From Jorethang, take a shared jeep to Okhrey. From there, you can trek (longer route) or take local transport to Hilley. From Hilley, trek around 4 km to reach Barsey. You can reach Hilley directly by reserving a car from Jorethang, then trek to Barsey.
