Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Lataguri Eco Stay is convenient from both rail and air hubs of North Bengal. From New Mal Junction railway station (about 30 km away), you can hire a private taxi for a direct, 45–60 minute ride through tea gardens and forested stretches, or opt for a shared jeep from the station area towards Lataguri town. Buses also connect New Mal to Lataguri and nearby stops; from there, a short local transfer will bring you to the stay near the River Bridge in Neora. From Bagdogra International Airport (approximately 71 km away), pre-booked private taxis are the most comfortable option, offering a scenic 2–2.5 hour drive past jalpaiguri and lush countryside. Travelers on a budget can first take an airport taxi or cab to Siliguri, then continue by shared jeep or bus towards Lataguri. Once in Lataguri, the property is easy to locate close to the river crossing, with clear local signboards and help readily available from nearby shops and lodges.
