Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Pelling Guest Inn is straightforward with several options from the main transport hubs of North Bengal and Sikkim. From Bagdogra International Airport (approx. 137 km) - By Private Taxi: The most comfortable and time-saving option. Prepaid and private taxis are available outside the terminal. The drive to Pelling takes around 5–6 hours, passing through Siliguri, Melli/Jorethang, and Geyzing before reaching Upper Pelling near the helipad. - By Shared Jeep: Take a shared jeep or taxi from Bagdogra/Siliguri to Jorethang or Geyzing, then change to another shared vehicle for Pelling. This is a popular budget-friendly choice among travelers. From New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station (approx. 132 km) - By Private Taxi: Hire a taxi directly from NJP. The journey usually takes 5–6 hours, following the route NJP – Siliguri – Melli/Jorethang – Geyzing – Pelling. This door-to-door option is ideal if you’re carrying luggage or traveling with family. - By Shared Jeep: Shared jeeps to Jorethang or Geyzing operate from just outside the station area or nearby stands in Siliguri. From there, change to a shared jeep heading towards Pelling. From Tenzing Norgay Central Bus Terminus, Siliguri (approx. 125 km) - By Bus: Limited buses run towards Geyzing or nearby towns. From your bus drop-off point, continue by shared jeep or taxi to Pelling. - By Shared Jeep: Shared jeeps depart from Siliguri stands for Jorethang, Geyzing, and sometimes straight to Pelling, depending on the season and time of day. Local Directions in Pelling Once in Pelling, ask for “upper Pelling helipad.” The property is located near this landmark at 862J+98W. Local drivers are familiar with the area, and the approach road is motorable, making arrival by car or jeep convenient.
