Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.

From Bagdogra International Airport (about 85 km), taxis are readily available outside the terminal; the drive takes you past lush tea gardens and winding hill roads, giving you a first glimpse of the Himalayan foothills. Regular buses operate from Siliguri to Kalimpong, where you can switch to a shared jeep or local taxi up to Sangser Khasmahal. The property is accessible by motorable road and offers on-site parking, making it convenient for guests arriving in their own vehicle or hired cab.
