Modification:
For any booking modifications, including changes to the number of participants, accommodation, or transportation, please contact our team via WhatsApp at 8447745964. Our team will provide all necessary details regarding applicable charges and guide you through the process.
Please note: Only written communication via WhatsApp will be considered valid for confirming trip modifications. Verbal or personal requests will not be accepted.
Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Kasol Eco Stay is a scenic part of the journey. The closest airport is Bhuntar Airport in Kullu Manali, about 30.4 km away. From the airport, you can hire a private taxi for a direct and comfortable ride along the Parvati Valley or opt for a shared jeep if you’re traveling on a budget. Regular buses also connect Bhuntar to Kasol, dropping you a short distance from the property. If you are arriving by train, the nearest major railhead is Kalka Railway Station, around 233 km from Kasol. From Kalka, you can continue by bus or taxi via Shimla or Mandi, or connect to Bhuntar and then onward to Kasol by road. Once in Kasol, local taxis and jeeps are readily available to take you right up to the stay, making the last leg of your journey easy and enjoyable.
