For any booking modifications, including changes to the number of participants, accommodation, or transportation, please contact our team via WhatsApp at 8447745964. Our team will provide all necessary details regarding applicable charges and guide you through the process.

Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Nainital Homestay is straightforward and scenic. If you are arriving by train, get down at Kathgodam Railway Station, about 35.6 km away. From outside the station, you’ll find shared jeeps, private taxis and buses that regularly ply towards Nainital; the drive takes around 1–1.5 hours, winding through pine forests and mountain curves. Travellers coming by air can fly into Pantnagar Airport, approximately 69.5 km from Nainital. From the airport, pre-book a private taxi for the most convenient transfer straight to the homestay, or hire a cab on arrival and enjoy the hill drive up to Mallital. If you’re already in town, Nainital Bus Stand is just 1.9 km from the property. From here, a short taxi or shared jeep ride will bring you to Mallital, or you can opt for a leisurely uphill walk if you’re travelling light. Once in Mallital, follow the local directions or map pin for Nainital Homestay at 9FV4+4RG to reach the doorstep with ease.
