For any booking modifications, including changes to the number of participants, accommodation, or transportation, please contact our team via WhatsApp at 8447745964. Our team will provide all necessary details regarding applicable charges and guide you through the process.

Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Kalpa Homestay is a scenic journey through the mountains of Himachal Pradesh. The nearest major railhead is Kalka Railway Station, about 318 km away. From Kalka, you can continue by road via Shimla and Rampur to Kalpa using a shared jeep, private taxi, or state-run bus. If you’re arriving by air, Bhuntar Airport near Kullu Manali is roughly 252 km from Kalpa. From the airport, hire a private taxi or take a combination of bus and shared jeep towards Reckong Peo and then on to Kalpa. Buses run regularly from Shimla and Rampur to Reckong Peo, from where local taxis and jeeps can take you up the final stretch to Kalpa. The homestay is conveniently located near the PWD office in Kalpa, making it easy for drivers and local transport operators to find. Roads are motorable right up to the property, and parking facilities are available, so guests driving their own vehicles can reach without hassle. The well-connected mountain roads and availability of multiple transport options ensure that your arrival is smooth, with stunning valley and Himalayan views along the way.
