Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Darjeeling Retreat is located on TN Road, Upper Toong Soong Road near Sherpa Gumpha in Manbari Basti, an accessible hillside locality in Darjeeling. From Bagdogra International Airport (approx. 68 km): - By Private Taxi: The most convenient option, taking about 3–3.5 hours depending on weather and traffic. Taxis are available just outside the airport; you can also pre-book through local operators. - By Shared Jeep: Take a shared jeep from the Siliguri stand (you can reach Siliguri by a short taxi ride from the airport). Shared jeeps run frequently towards Darjeeling during the day and are an economical choice. - By Bus: State-run and private buses operate from Siliguri to Darjeeling. From Bagdogra, first reach Siliguri bus stand by taxi, then board a Darjeeling-bound bus. From New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (approx. 74 km): - By Private Taxi: Available outside the station; the journey to Darjeeling usually takes about 3–3.5 hours. Ideal if you are travelling with family, large luggage, or arriving late. - By Shared Jeep: A budget-friendly and popular option. Shared jeeps to Darjeeling are easily available near the station and at Siliguri. - By Bus: Take a short auto or taxi ride to Siliguri bus stand and board a bus heading to Darjeeling. Buses are slower but cost-effective and offer scenic views on the climb. Reaching the Property in Darjeeling: Once you arrive in Darjeeling town (near the main taxi stand or Chowrasta area), you can hire a local taxi to TN Road, Upper Toong Soong Road, near Sherpa Gumpha in Manbari Basti. The property is on a motorable road, so vehicles can usually come close to the entrance. Confirm the exact landmark with your host before arrival, especially if you are reaching after dark or in foggy conditions.
