Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Darjeeling Guest Inn is straightforward with multiple transport options from the plains. From Bagdogra International Airport (approx. 68 km) - Private taxi: The most comfortable option is to hire a prepaid taxi from the airport to Darjeeling. The drive takes about 3–3.5 hours, winding through scenic hills, tea gardens, and small mountain towns. - Shared jeep: Shared jeeps to Darjeeling are available from Siliguri (about 15–20 minutes from the airport by local cab). Take a taxi from the airport to Siliguri Junction or Darjeeling More and board a shared jeep heading to Darjeeling. From New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station (approx. 71.5 km) - Private taxi: Taxis are readily available outside NJP and offer a direct ride to Darjeeling in around 3.5–4 hours, depending on traffic and weather. - Shared jeep: Budget travelers can opt for shared jeeps from just outside the station, usually heading towards Darjeeling via Siliguri and Kurseong. - Bus: Buses to Darjeeling generally leave from Siliguri. From NJP, take a short auto or taxi ride to Siliguri bus stand and then board a hill bus to Darjeeling. From Darjeeling Nbstc Bus Stand (approx. 1 km) - On foot: If you are traveling light, you can walk up towards Chowrasta and Mall Road, enjoying the town’s colonial charm and hillside views along the way. - Local taxi: Small taxis are easily available near the bus stand and will drop you close to the property, which is set near Mall Road and Chowrasta. Local Directions Once in central Darjeeling, head towards Chowrasta and Mall Road. The guest inn is located in this popular area, making it easy to spot and conveniently placed for exploring key viewpoints, shops, and cafés on foot.
