Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Ooty Resort is straightforward, with multiple travel options from nearby transport hubs. From Coimbatore International Airport (about 91 km away), you can hire a private taxi for a scenic 3–3.5 hour drive through the Nilgiri hills, or opt for a shared jeep from city stands that regularly operate towards Ooty. If you’re arriving by train, Mettupalayam railway station (approx. 54.7 km away) is your closest major railhead. From here, you can either board the famous Nilgiri Mountain Railway (up to Ooty town) or continue by bus, shared jeep, or private taxi. The mountain railway offers slow but incredibly picturesque travel, ideal if you wish to enjoy valley views and tea gardens en route. For bus travelers, Kathadimattam bus stand is just 2.6 km from the property. From the bus stand, auto-rickshaws, shared jeeps, and taxis are easily available and usually know the route via Lake Road and West Mere. If you’re self-driving, head towards Ooty Lake and follow Lake Road; clear local signboards and map apps make navigation simple. On-site parking is available, which makes it convenient for guests arriving in their own cars or rental vehicles.
