Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Shillong Guest Inn is straightforward from the main transport hubs of Assam and Meghalaya. From Guwahati Airport (approx. 118 km): - By Private Taxi: The most comfortable and time-saving option. Taxis are easily available outside the terminal for a direct transfer to Shillong. The drive takes around 3–4 hours, following the scenic Guwahati–Shillong highway. Ask the driver to drop you at LUMSHYIAP POINT, near Golf Link, in Pynthorumkhrah. - By Shared Jeep: Budget-friendly shared vehicles to Shillong usually depart from areas near the airport and from key points in Guwahati city. You may need to take a short taxi ride from the airport into town, then board a shared jeep heading to Shillong and get down at a convenient stop to hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to LUMSHYIAP POINT, Golf Link side. - By Bus: State-run and private buses operate from Guwahati to Shillong at regular intervals. Most services start from the city bus stands, so you’ll first need to reach Guwahati town from the airport by taxi. On arrival in Shillong, hire a local taxi and mention Pynthorumkhrah, near Golf Link. From Guwahati Railway Station (approx. 97 km): - By Private Taxi: Step out of the station and you’ll find numerous taxis offering direct transfers to Shillong. The journey usually takes around 3 hours depending on traffic and weather. Provide the exact address—Shillong Guest Inn at LUMSHYIAP POINT, near Golf Link, Pynthorumkhrah—for a hassle-free drop. - By Shared Jeep: Shared jeeps and sumos to Shillong operate from near the railway station and nearby stands. They are economical and fairly frequent during the day. On reaching Shillong, take a local cab to LUMSHYIAP POINT in Pynthorumkhrah. - By Bus: Buses to Shillong depart from Guwahati city bus stands. Take a short ride from the station to the bus terminal, board a Shillong-bound bus, and on arrival hire a local taxi to the property. Local Transfers within Shillong: Once in Shillong, getting to the guest inn is easy thanks to its convenient reachability. Local taxis are widely available; simply share the landmark “Golf Link, LUMSHYIAP POINT, Pynthorumkhrah” and drivers will usually know the way. The location’s good road access and parking facilities also make it ideal if you’re self-driving.
