Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Munnar Resort is straightforward and scenic, with winding hill roads and lush tea gardens guiding your way. From Cochin International Airport (approx. 109 km) - By Private Taxi: The most comfortable and time-efficient option. Pre-book a cab from the airport for a 3.5–4 hour drive via Aluva – Kothamangalam – Adimali – Munnar. From Munnar town, continue along the Bison Valley – Pooppara Road following local signboards to the resort. - By Shared Jeep: From the airport, travel first to Aluva or Ernakulam by taxi or bus, then continue by bus to Munnar. From Munnar, you can hire a shared jeep towards Bison Valley – Pooppara Road and get dropped near the resort. - By Bus: Take a KSRTC or private bus from the airport/Aluva to Munnar. From the Munnar Bus Stand (about 4.8 km away), hire a local taxi, auto-rickshaw, or jeep for the short uphill ride to the property. From Ernakulam Railway Station (approx. 128 km) - By Private Taxi: Taxis are easily available outside Ernakulam Junction and Ernakulam Town stations. The journey to Munnar takes around 4–4.5 hours. On reaching Munnar town, continue a few kilometers along Bison Valley – Pooppara Road until you reach the resort. - By Bus: Walk or take an auto to the Ernakulam bus station and board a direct bus to Munnar. Buses run at regular intervals during the day. From Munnar Bus Stand, hire a taxi or jeep for the final 10–15 minute drive along the hill road. - By Shared Jeep: Combine a bus journey to Munnar with a shared jeep from the town area. Shared jeeps towards Bison Valley and Pooppara are common; request a drop on the main road closest to the resort. From Munnar Bus Stand (approx. 4.8 km) - By Taxi or Auto-Rickshaw: Local cabs and autos are available right outside the stand. The short, scenic ride along Bison Valley – Pooppara Road brings you to the resort in about 10–15 minutes. - By Shared Jeep: Board a jeep heading toward Bison Valley or Pooppara and ask to get down near the resort’s access point. Driving to the Property If you are self-driving, set your navigation to “Bison Valley – Pooppara Rd, Munnar, Kerala 685612” and follow directions to the resort. The approach roads are drivable year-round, but in monsoon season, start early and allow extra time for mist and occasional slow-moving traffic in the hills.
