Reschedule
Rescheduling is available only for individual stay bookings by paying an additional non-refundable amount, which will be displayed during the booking process. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to your wallet. Please note that the rescheduling option is not applicable to packages.
For example, if your total billing amount is ₹5,000 and you pay a token amount to activate a rescheduling-friendly booking (which is not included in your total billing amount), the rescheduling will follow these terms: Upon rescheduling, 25% of your billing amount (₹1,250) will be deducted, and the remaining ₹3,750 will be transferred to your Izifiso wallet.
If the booking allows rescheduling, it will be processed as per the specified terms. If the booking is not rescheduling-friendly, the option will not be available.
Reaching Dabling Eco Stay is part of the adventure, with several scenic options depending on how you arrive in the region. From Bagdogra International Airport (approx. 89.5 km) - By Private Taxi: The most comfortable and flexible option. Pre-book a cab or hire one from the airport taxi stand. The drive winds through hills and valleys, usually taking 3.5–4.5 hours depending on road conditions and weather. This option is ideal if you’re traveling with family, carrying extra luggage, or arriving late in the day. - By Shared Jeep: Many shared jeeps operate from Siliguri and nearby hubs. First, take a taxi or local transport from the airport to a shared jeep stand (commonly in Siliguri). From there, board a jeep heading towards the appropriate hill route as advised by the host. It’s more economical and a great way to soak in local life, though slightly less comfortable. - By Bus: Travel from the airport to Tenzing Norgay Central Bus Terminus in Siliguri, then catch an onward bus towards the hills as per local schedules. Buses are budget-friendly but slower and less frequent, so check timings in advance and keep some buffer time. From New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (approx. 92 km) - By Private Taxi: Step out of NJP station and hire a taxi from the prepaid counter or local stands. The journey typically takes 3.5–5 hours depending on season and traffic. It’s the most convenient way to reach directly from the station to the property gate. - By Shared Jeep: Walk or take a short auto to the nearest shared jeep stand in Siliguri. From here, join a jeep heading toward the recommended hill route. Shared jeeps depart once full, making them an affordable and popular option among solo travelers and backpackers. - By Bus: From NJP, head to Tenzing Norgay Central Bus Terminus (around 76.7 km from the property). Board a bus going towards the hills as guided by the stay’s host. Buses are best for budget-conscious travelers who are comfortable with flexible timing. From Tenzing Norgay Central Bus Terminus, Siliguri (approx. 76.7 km) - By Bus: Board a hill-bound bus as per local route suggestions from the host. The ride is longer but offers a close look at village life and scenic river valleys. - By Shared Jeep: Shared jeeps are frequent from Siliguri to the hill regions. Confirm the exact drop-off point with the host before starting; from the final stand, a short local transfer may be needed. - By Private Taxi: For a smoother, direct ride, hire a taxi from Siliguri. It’s a good choice for groups, older travelers, or anyone wanting to avoid transfers. Last-Mile Access The final stretch to the stay usually follows narrow hill roads. It’s recommended to: - Inform the host of your arrival time so they can guide your driver. - Travel during daylight hours for the best views and easier navigation. - Keep some cash handy for local jeeps or short transfers if needed.
