From Siliguri/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, take a shared cab or bus to Kalimpong town. From there, reserve a taxi to Echhey village. It's around 6-8 km from town, or you can take a pre-paid taxi from Bagdogra Airport to Kalimpong, or travel to Siliguri by shared jeep or bus, and continue to Kalimpong as mentioned above.
